If you are a Central Government Employee, then there is relief news for you. Although the exit of people has reduced in the Corona era, but those who have traveled, they will not have to give boarding pass or ticket to Claim their Travel Allowance. After the Leave Travel Concession, now the Central Government has relaxed the rules of Travel Allowance. According to the rule, it is not necessary to give boarding pass for air travel during government work. For this, the Finance Department has issued a new form. Please tell that it was necessary to give a boarding pass to the Central employees to claim Travel Allowance (TA).

Boarding Pass if lost

The Personal Department noticed this and then changed that rule. According to his order, if there is no boarding pass for TA Claim or is lost, the employee will have to fill a form after the completion of the journey. This form is a self declaration that the journey is actually done and the employee gives its declaration.

Bill with TA Form

This form will be accompanied by a bill and then signed by HoD. This will happen when the employee is an officer below the level of Under Secretary level or Pay matrix level 10. The department has ordered to implement it in all departments.

Self declaration form

In self declaration form, this line is given that he is filling this form due to missing boarding pass. There is no digital or hard copy of it either. If there is a boarding pass, then there is no need to apply this form. TA Claim will be old fashioned.

Action on wrong information

After this, the personnel will have to fill the details of their air travel. In this form, he has to give information about the movement. In the end, the employee must declare that if the information given in connection with the air travel turns out to be wrong, action should be taken against him.
