New Delhi: 7th Pay Commission: There is great news for the employees. The government has increased the Dearness Allowance of the employees by 3 percent. The direct benefit of the increase in DA will be seen in the salary of the employees and they will get the increased salary.
Dearness Allowance increased in Himachal Pradesh
The Government of Himachal Pradesh has increased the dearness allowance of the employees by 3 percent. This was announced by Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur himself. He said that the new pay scales have been implemented to ensure benefits of Rs 6 thousand crore to 2.25 lakh employees of the state government. Realized that there are inequalities in the pay scales of certain categories.
The Chief Minister said that apart from two options, a third option would also be given to the employees. He announced the option of 15 per cent pay hike for employees in addition to 2.25 and 2.59 multiples.
Now the employees will get 31 percent DA
CM Jai Ram Thakur announced a 3 percent increase in the DA of the employees. Now employees will get 31 percent DA. At the same time, now the pensioners of the state government will get pension according to the new pay scales of the Punjab government. This will benefit 1.75 lakh pensioners.
For availing the benefits of welfare schemes and pension in the state, the limit of annual income has been increased from 35 thousand to 50 thousand rupees.
The DA of central employees may be 34%,
While talking about the DA of central employees, they are getting 31 percent DA, but their DA may increase to 34 percent. According to AICPI data, DA has been 32.81 percent till September 2021. Meaning it has increased by 2 percent.
Now according to further data, DA will be calculated. It is expected that there will be a further increase of 1 percent.
