The Shivraj government of Madhya Pradesh (MP) has given a big gift to the employees. In fact, under the 7th pay commission, the DA of the employees of Madhya Pradesh has been increased by 8% (DA Hike), along with this, the government employees have got a big gift before Diwali.

Please tell that the employees were demanding DA Hike for a long time. Meanwhile, Shivraj Sarkar has played this big masterstroke before the by-election. Dearness allowance of all government servants of the state will be increased by 08%. Government servants will get this increased dearness allowance by adding it to the salary of October 2021 to be paid in November 2021.

With this, now the total dearness allowance to the officers and employees of the state will increase from 12% to 20%. During the Corona period, due to the financial condition of the state being badly affected, the salary increase to the government servants in July 2020 and January 2021 was also postponed.

The state government has now decided that 50% of this pending increment will be given along with the salary of October 2021 to be paid in November 2021. The balance 50% of the pending increment will be paid along with the February 2022 salary to be paid in March 2022.

Due to the Corona crisis in the state, dearness allowance of officers and employees has not been increased from the year 2020. In March 2020, the Congress government had issued orders to increase the dearness allowance from 12 percent to 17 percent, but it did not come into effect and the power was changed.

Meanwhile, the Central Government had also postponed the increase of Dearness Allowance (DA) in view of the situation of Corona. On the basis of this, the government had postponed the order of 5 percent increase in dearness allowance, which has not been received till date.
