7th Pay Commission: Big news! Salary will increase up to 28000! See Calculations

7th Pay Commisson. Like 2021, the new year 2022 is also going to bring happiness for the central employees-pensioners. On the other hand, 3% dearness allowance and relief are expected to increase. After this, the total DA will increase from 31% to 34 percent and there will be a big jump in salary, which will benefit 1 crore employees.

Actually, in January 2022, the Modi government of the Center can increase the dearness allowance of 1 crore central employees-pensioners by 3% more. According to the data of All India Consumer Price Index AICPI Index, DA can be increased by 3 per cent in the new year. That is, DA can increase from 31 per cent to 34 per cent. 32.81 per cent and DA is yet to be calculated as per data for October-November as well as December. If the CPI(IW) figure remains at 125 by December 2021, then the DA is certain to increase by 3% and then it will be paid in January 2022.

With this, the dearness allowance of an employee with basic salary of Rs 18,000 will be Rs 6,480 annually and dearness allowance of Rs 56000 salary will be Rs 20,484 annually . Apart from this, if central employees get the benefit of fitment factor, then salary can be increased up to 26 thousand.


Rs 18000 to Rs 8000 will increase to Rs 26,000 level. The benefit of increase in many other allowances including Travel Allowance (TA), Medical Allowance, Children Education Allowance (CEA) including House Rent Allowance will also be added.

Also waiting for the outstanding arrears of 18 months

In the same new year, a decision is also expected to be taken on the outstanding DA arrears of 18 months. With the matter reaching PM Modi and demanding a lump sum payment by the National Council of Joint Consultative Machinery (JCM). Since the latter it is expected that a meeting in this regard can be held in December 2021 and a final decision can be taken.

However, so far no official statement has come out from the government in this regard. If this happens, then Rs 11,880 to Rs 37,000 for Level-1 employees and Rs 1,44,200 to Rs 2,18,200 for Level-13 employees. DA arrears can be given.
