Zomato responds to criticism

The advertisement was conceptualized 6 months ago (long before the discussion on the salaries and working conditions of workers on social media) and was shot two months ago today. Zomato says that the purpose of this ad was to make the delivery partners heroes and to give the message that for us every customer is a customer be it Hrithik Roshan or Katrina Kaif.

‘Talks are on to resolve all issues’


Zomato says that this ad was created so that people can talk to the delivery partners with respect as Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif do in the ad, while very few people do.
