Zomato co-founder and CEO Deepinder Goyal has officially registered his ultra-luxury apartment in Gurugram’s premium residential project DLF The Camellias. According to documents accessed by Zapkey, Goyal bought this apartment in August 2022 for ₹ 52.3 crore, the registry of which was done on March 17, 2025.

Goyal paid stamp duty of ₹ 3.66 crore on this registration. The total carpet area of ​​the apartment is 10,813 square feet. It includes five parking slots.

The price has almost tripled

The Camellias located in DLF Phase-5 is considered one of the most high-end residential locations in the country. In this, Deepinder Goyal bought the apartment directly from the builder DLF for ₹ 52.3 crores 3 years ago.

According to brokers, the current market price of a unit like the one bought by Goyal is being estimated to be more than ₹ 140 crores. However, no official comment has been given on this transaction by DLF and Deepinder Goyal.

Big investment in Delhi-NCR even before this

This is not Goyal’s first high-value real estate investment. In February 2024, he bought a residential plot in Delhi’s Mehrauli area for ₹ 50 crores.

Goyal, who studied from IIT Delhi, started his career with Bain & Company. He started Foodiebay in 2008 with Pankaj Chadha, which was later rebranded as Zomato.
