Paytm Blocking Process

  • Call the Paytm Payments Bank helpline number 01204456456.
  • Select the lost phone option.
  • Go to the option to write a new number and enter your lost phone number.
  • Choose to log out of all devices.
  • Next, go to the Paytm website and scroll down to select 24×7 Help.
  • Go to Report Fraud option and click on any category.
  • After that click on any issue and then click on ‘Message Us’ button at the bottom.
  • You will be required to submit a certificate indicating that you are the original owner of this account, which can be debit/credit card details. Which may include a Paytm account transaction, a confirmation email or SMS for Paytm account transaction, a certificate of honours of the phone number or an FIR in the police station of a lost or stolen phone.
  • Once this process is done, Paytm will block your account, after which you will get a confirmation message.

Steps to Block Google Pay Account

  • Google Pay users can call the helpline number 18004190157 and choose the language of their choice.
  • Go to the option to talk to an expert who can help you block your Google Play account.
  • Optionally, Android users can delete the lost phone’s data in such a way that no one can access your Google Account from the phone.

How to block phone pe account

  • PhonePe users will have to call on 08068727374 or 02268727374.
  • After entering the language of your choice, you will be asked if you would like to report a problem with your PhonePe account.
  • Enter the registered number and OTP will be sent to you for confirmation.
  • After this, you have to go to the option of not received.
  • You will get the option to report the loss of SIM or device. Choose him!
  • Then you will connect with a customer who will have to provide some details like phone number, e-mail id, last transaction, last transaction amount. This will help you to block your phone pe account.
