Work From Office: These companies believe that now the situation has become normal and now it is time to work in the office.

Work From Office: As the corona pandemic is getting weaker, life is returning to normal. Schools, markets have opened. The latest news is about Work from Home. All the big companies of the country are going to end Work from Home. That is, now the time has come for the employees to go to the office once again and work.

As per reports, 4 major IT firms namely Wipro, Cognizant, TCS and Infosys have started working on the work from office model. This system existed before the COVID pandemic. Wipro has asked all managerial level employees who have received both doses of the corona vaccine to return to offices by March 3.

Work From Office: Employees could not return to office due to third wave

Although some of these companies had planned to bring employees back to the office last September, this could not be done due to the increasing cases of Omicron and the lockdown. These companies are now planning to call their employees to office with the steady decline in the COVID cases.

Cognizant is also among those who started Work From Office. This company is also planning to reopen the office. However, it will not be mandatory for the employees. The firm plans to ask employees to return to office on a voluntary basis from April. Cognizant is planning to reopen offices in a phased manner.

TCS said it will also allow its employees to work in a hybrid model, which means they can continue to work from home and occasionally come to the office. Companies believe that now is the time to do business again and for this it is necessary to prepare the employees.

Happiness in business class after work from home is over

After schools, now work has started in offices as usual. This has created a wave of happiness among lifestyle, apparel and footwear companies. These companies expect that sales that have been stalled for the last two years will start now. The demand for apparel is expected to increase especially in smart casuals.

Most of these categories saw a 40-60% drop in sales during the pandemic but demand is slowly returning to normal. After improving in the month of February, the sales have reached the pre-pandemic level. Footwear company Bata has seen a pick-up in sales of school and other footwear in the October-December quarter and expects further improvement in the coming quarters.
