Lucknow The Yogi Adityanath government has received a major relief from the top court in the controversy over the recruitment of 69000 assistant teachers for a long time in Uttar Pradesh. The Supreme Court on Tuesday has now refused any hearing on the petition challenging the decision of the Allahabad High Court Lucknow bench. Now the court directed that the appeal be made in the High Court itself.
The controversy will no longer proceed in the case of 69000 assistant teacher recruitment in Uttar Pradesh. The Supreme Court dismissed the petition challenging the double bench decision of the Allahabad High Court Lucknow Lucknow bench in this recruitment. After this, the court directed the petitioner to appeal only in the Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court. The court has dismissed the petition regarding an tearsheet dispute in the 69000 teacher recruitment case. The Supreme Court has directed the petitioner to appeal in the High Court, with the Supreme Court refusing to hear the petition on June 3 for a stay in the case.
Today there were a total of five cases related to teacher recruitment written examination answer key in the Supreme Court. In which the bench of Justice UU Lalit has remanded the matter to the double bench of the High Court without giving any relief to the petitioner. In this case the double bench has already stayed the order of the single bench.
The Supreme Court has given great relief to the state government in 69000 teacher recruitment cases in UP. The Supreme Court has refused to hear the petition challenging the Allahabad High Court’s decision not to send the papers of the double bench to the UGC panel. The Supreme Court has asked the petitioner to appeal in the High Court. A petition was filed on behalf of Rishabh Mishra in the Supreme Court regarding the controversy of wrong questions in the examination. Which was heard today in the Supreme. The Supreme Court has earlier dismissed the suit filed by Amita Tripathi. On June 24, the Supreme Court upheld the order of the double bench of the Allahabad High Court, dismissing the petition filed by Yachti Amita Tripathi in the court, denying any interference.
Hearing on modification application on 14
Now in the Supreme Court, the modification application hearing on the issue of posts and cutoff of Shikshamitras will be heard only on 14 July. The Supreme Court Registry had placed the date on July 7 on the demand of a party involved in teacher recruitment but has now been listed for July 14 itself.

Court said – now Uttamala challenge becomes culture
On this issue, Justice Hemant Gupta of the Supreme Court had said that it has become a culture to challenge the answer of all the examinations in the whole country. The petitioner Amita Tripathi had filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the judgment delivered on 12 June by the Allahabad High Court. Due to this, the Uttar Pradesh government had to stop the counseling process in between. The UP government started the counseling process from June 3 by issuing the cutoff list on 1 June for teacher recruitment. On the same day, Alok Mathur, the judge of the Allahabad High Court’s single bench, stayed the entire process after May 8. He has sought a report from the UGC experts in the matter and asked them to submit the report by 6 July. After this, the issue is to be heard again in a single bench.
Double bench removed stay
In UP, Sircar went to double bench after ordering stay from single bench in the recruitment of teachers. The double bench had stayed the stay on June 12 while hearing the case. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, who presented the issue on behalf of the Uttar Pradesh government, had told the Supreme Court about the entire case. Advocate Ranjit Singh also informed the court about the order of single and double bench. After hearing the government’s side, the Supreme Court judge dismissed the answer sheet case, securing the order of the double bench. After the dismissal of that case, Rishabh Mishra also filed a petition in the Supreme Court in the case of answer sheet.
