Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has postponed the preliminary examination of Combined State / Senior Subordinate Services (PCS) 2021 till further orders. The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission’s PCS Preliminary Examination 2021 and all examinations scheduled for June have been postponed in view of the corona transition. A notification has been issued on its UPPCS website. According to exam controller Arvind Mishra, the next date of these exams will be announced later.
It has been written in the notification that the Assistant Forest Guard and Forest Officer Examination 2021 and the Spokesman Examination, the Government Inter College Examination 2020 to be held in June 2021 have been postponed till the advance order. Earlier, the Commission had postponed two proposed examinations in May in view of the Corona crisis. Under the Department of Vocational Education and Skills Development, the proposed Principal Category 2, Deputy Principal and Assistant Director (Screening) Examination 2019 on May 23 and the proposed Combined State Agricultural Services Preliminary Examination 2020 on May 30 were postponed.
Let us tell you that 6,91,173 candidates have applied for a total of 538 PCS posts, including 53 posts of SDM. The application process for the PCS Preliminary Examination began on 5 February.
