The Reserve Bank of India also often expresses happiness about the achievements of the country’s UPI system. Its issuing organization National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI) has now introduced a feature for UPI which can make it more efficient as well as easier.

NPCI introduces new payment option products on UPI

NPCI has introduced new payment options on UPI on Wednesday, which also includes the service of making payments through voice mode. Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Governor Shaktikanta Das said in the ‘Global Fintech Fest’ National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). Introduced new products.

You will be able to pay by voice through Hello UPI

One of the products introduced at the Global Fintech Fest was ‘Hello UPI’, which enables UPI payment by voice in Hindi and English through app, phone call and IoT (Internet of Things) devices. It is believed that this feature can prove to be a game changer by making UPI more popular. Hello UPI will soon be available in other regional languages ​​of the country also. It is divided into segments under which the facility of BillPay Connect along with Conversational Payments on UPI can be availed.

NPCI said that Artificial Intelligence (AI) enabled transactions can be done for these Conversational Payments, which will expand digital payments in the country more quickly and at more places.

Credit line UPI

NPCI said that the ‘Credit Line’ facility on UPI will provide customers the facility to take pre-approved loans from banks. Through this, customers will be able to transact on the UPI platform through already approved loans.

NPCI introduced Lite X

Apart from this, NPCI has also launched another product called ‘Lite X’, using which rupee transactions can also be done offline.
