UP Police Constable Exam Guideline: Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment Board will conduct the UP Police Constable Exam on 17th and 18th February. Before going to take the exam, know about some rules.


UP Police Constable Exam 2024 Important Information: Only a little time is left for the conduct of Uttar Pradesh Police Constable Exam 2024. The examination will be conducted two days from today on 17th and 18th February 2024. A large number of candidates have applied for this exam. Before going for the exam, know the important details related to it so that you do not face any problem on the exam day.

Keep these things in mind

  • Reach the center at least two hours before time on the exam day. Checking etc. programs will take time.
  • Eye scanning will be done before entry and only after that you will get entry inside.
  • Follow the instructions given at the center properly.
  • Also read the instructions given in the admit card properly and follow them.
  • Do not take any item which is not allowed in the exam hall.
  • Cooperate with the staff present there and do not do anything that may put you in trouble.

Exam will be held in two shifts

UP Police Constable exam will be conducted in two shifts. The first shift examination will be conducted between 10 am to 12 noon. The second shift examination will be conducted between 3 pm to 5 pm.

The paper pattern will be like this

  • Talking about paper pattern, the exam will be conducted in offline mode and answers will have to be given on OMR sheet.
  • There will be 150 objective type questions in the exam. If we talk about the timing of the exam, it will be of 120 minutes.
  • Answer thoughtfully. Once the answer is wrong, you will not be allowed to change it.
  • Either way by cutting it or by applying whitener.
  • 0.5 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
  • Everyone will not be allowed to leave the examination room until the exam is over.
