Rajasthan unemployment allowance: There is good news for 3.27 lakh unemployed who are waiting for the increased allowance after the announcement of the government. The Department of Labor, Skill, Planning and Entrepreneurship has issued orders for the new scheme Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana-2021. The scheme will be implemented from 1 January 2022.
From January 1, now the unemployed will get the increased allowance. In the new scheme, male beneficiary will be given an allowance of rupees four thousand and women, transgender, special person will be given an allowance of rupees four and a half thousand. At present three thousand and three and a half thousand rupees are given. The special thing is that this time the unemployed will not get the allowance directly. Internship and skill training will be given to the unemployed by the department.
This time a big change has been made that the time limit has been fixed for the application on the portal. Eligible unemployed will be able to apply only from 1st April to 30th June. That is, there will be applications only for three months in a year. Apart from this, the limit of applicants giving allowances has been increased from one lakh 60 thousand to two. After the issue of the order of the scheme, the department has started preparing to make changes in the portal. It is worth noting that the applications of 3.27 lakh unemployed have been verified, they have to pay allowance in the coming years.
To be a four-hour internship
before eligible unemployed under the new scheme will be skills training. After this they will have to do internship of four hours anywhere in 21 departments of the district. Internship certificate will be given every month by the department. The beneficiary has to upload the internship certificate on the portal every month. The allowance will be released after the investigation of the District Employment Officer. Internship will have to be continued till the allowance is received. There will be no allowance on closure.
This process of
skill training – skill training will be of minimum three months
This training will be done through RSLDC or from their recognized institute
If an applicant has already done diploma, degree and certificate course, then he will not need to take training.

Officers of other departments will take charge in the districts. The
government has started an exercise to make Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana-2021 a success on the ground. Due to the shortage of officers in the employment departments, now the officers of other departments in the districts will be given the charge of employment officers. The government has issued orders to the district collector in this regard. It is worth mentioning that Rajasthan Patrika had published the news recently and raised the issue of shortage of officers in the employment department. The government, which came into action this time, has taken this step.
