Train tickets in Amazon: Train ticket booking, cash back, and many more offers on Amazon

Leading e-commerce giant Amazon has recently taken another step forward. The railway has also launched a ticket booking facility. It has also entered into an agreement with IRCTC to sell tickets to passengers through their platform.

It has also announced offers for those who book train tickets through Amazon. Those who book a first time ticket will also get a cash back of up to 10 per cent or up to Rs 100.

The company has announced that Amazon Prime customers will get a 12 per cent discount on first time ticket bookings or up to Rs 120 cash back. However, both these offers are for a limited time only.

The company has also announced the abolition of service charges and payment gateway transaction charges for those who book tickets through Amazon.in.




A special travel category will no longer be set up on Amazon Pay. You can get air, train and bus tickets through it.

Also, PNR Status can be checked. (Only for those booked on Amazon). There will also be ticket downloads and cancellations.

Putting money in advance in the Amazon Pay Balance Wallet makes ticket booking even easier. If the money is deducted from the ticket book due to congestion, the money will be returned to your Amazon Pay Wallet immediately.
