Due to tension between India and Pakistan, Railways cancelled these trains including superfast and special trains

India-Pak Tension: For security reasons, some airports in the country have been closed and strict security arrangements have been made at some. Security measures are also being reviewed by the Indian Railways.

Railways Cancelled Train List: Tension has been increasing continuously between India and Pakistan for the last few days. Pakistan is attacking residential areas of India with drones and missiles. But the Indian Army did not let the plans of the enemy country’s army succeed. Meanwhile, for security reasons, some airports in the country have been closed and strict security arrangements have been made at some. Security measures are also being reviewed by the Indian Railways. Keeping in mind the safety of the people, many trains going to Gujarat and Rajasthan have been canceled.

Superfast and special trains also included

Western Railway informed on social media platform X that 5 trains have been canceled on Bhuj, Rajkot and Gandhidham route. This includes superfast express and special trains which were to run on 9 and 10 May 2025. Among the canceled trains, Ahmedabad-Bhuj Namo Bharat Rapid Rail (train number 94801) was to run on 9 May. Apart from this, Bhuj-Ahmedabad Namo Bharat Rapid Rail (train number 94802) running on 10 May has also been canceled on 10 May.

These trains have been canceled

Keeping in mind the safety of the passengers, Jodhpur-Gandhidham Superfast Express running on 9 May is also canceled. Gandhidham-Jodhpur Superfast Express (train number 22484) was to run on 10 May, it is also canceled now. Similarly, the Bhuj-Rajkot-Bhuj special train (train number 09446/09445) running on May 10 will also remain cancelled.

Ban on drones and firecrackers in Gujarat

The Gujarat government has taken strict measures keeping security in mind. Flying drones and bursting firecrackers in any public or private event has been banned in the entire state till May 15, 2025. The government has appealed to the people to follow these rules and not pay attention to rumors. The Chief Minister of Gujarat reviewed the situation in an important meeting and appealed to the people for cooperation.

Strictness in Rajasthan too

Similarly, security arrangements have been increased in Rajasthan too. Flying drones in border areas like Jaisalmer and bursting firecrackers in events like weddings are banned till May 15. Apart from this, there is a blackout (lights off) in Mount Abu from 7 pm to 8 pm on May 10. Strict instructions have been given keeping tourists in mind. It has been said that tourists coming from any state should return to their hotels before 7 pm. All lights will have to be kept off during the blackout. This step has been taken keeping security in mind.

The government has appealed to the people to maintain peace and follow the rules. In this atmosphere of tension, it has been advised to avoid rumors. These steps are necessary for the safety of the people and to maintain peace on the border.
