Young Indian bowlers are creating a sensation with their mind-blowing performances at the domestic level and in the Indian Premier League. Many new young and promising prospects have been unearthed in the past couple of years. We believe soon these bowlers will climb up the ranks to sit at top of the Indian cricketing sphere.

Here are 5 Indian bowlers to watch out for in future:

1- Mukesh Choudhary

The left-arm fast bowler from a small village in Rajasthan has earned praises for his fantastic wicket-taking abilities in the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League. He rightly filled up the huge shoes of Deepak Chahar in the Chennai Super Kings’ squad. He is an interesting bowler who can quickly become a pillar of the Indian bowling setup.

2- Vaibhav Arora

The swing bowler debuted for Punjab Kings in Indian Premier League 2022. He has shown his ability to pick up wickets with the new ball. He can be developed as a specialist during the powerplay. He is most effective when the bowl is moving and with Bhuvi getting older he can step up to take that role.

3- Umran Malik

Umran Malik is an exciting prospect who is already knocking on the doors of the Indian national team. He is among the leading wicket-takers in the ongoing Tata IPL. Within 12 games in his IPL career, he has already taken a five-fer which many great bowlers have dreamt of. His fiery pace makes him one of the top candidates for leading the Indian bowlers in future.

4- Arshdeep Singh

Perhaps the most useful find of the Indian Premier League for the Indian national cricket team. Arshdeep Singh has bettered the records of legends like Jasprit Bumrah and Kagiso Rabada in the death overs. His stats are mind-boggling in the final overs. He can be a lethal combo for India in final overs alongside Bumrah.

5- Avesh Khan

Avesh Khan has already debuted for India in the limited-overs format. However, the right-arm fast bowler could not bring out his best at that moment. Nonetheless, he is one of the best young Indian bowlers who will surely represent Indian at the highest level in future.
