This card is issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India ( UIDAI ). Mobile number is very important in Aadhaar. Without this you will not get any kind of update or OTP. UIDAI has made a number of changes to the rules for updating mobile numbers on Aadhaar . Now you can update your mobile number without the help of any document.
Here’s how to fix it
UIDAI I has set certain conditions for updating the date of birth in Aadhaar . Accordingly, if there is a difference of less than three years in your date of birth, you can go to any of the nearest Aadhaar Center with the relevant document and correct it. If the difference is more than three years, you will also need to take the documents to the local base center. UIDAI has informed that there will be only one opportunity to correct the gender in Aadhaar.
To update your Aadhaar number, book an appointment this way
You must first go to the UIDAI website https://ask.uidai.gov.in/ .
Now you need to fill in your phone number and captcha code on the open page in front of you.
Then click on send OTP button and proceed to OTP.
Submit the OTP that came with your phone in the box on the right.
On the new page that opens in front of you, you will see the word Aadhaar service.
Click on the Update Aadhaar option here.
Click Mobile Number Update
This will open a page. Here you can see the options for name, Aadhaar card and address. Click on the ones you want to change here. If you need to update your mobile number, or want to link your phone number to Aadhaar, you can fill in the details here and click on do what you want to update , then select your mobile number and submit.

Enter the updated number
Now you need to fill in the captcha on the next page. Updated mobile number, ( Mobile in Number Please enter). You will then complete the process by sending the OTP to your phone number as well as check the OTP received on your mobile number. Then click on Save and Proceed.
Your appointment will be booked
You will receive a notification before submitting. Double-check all the information you enter in it. Submit after this. Then book your appointment. To Book Appointment You can do this by clicking on.
Go to the Aadhaar Center
Now in the next step you have to go to the Aadhaar center. Here you will be charged a fee of Rs.50. Your number will be updated after this.
