Ahmedabad Mumbai Tejas Express Train: There is important news for railway passengers. Railways can take a big step regarding Tejas Express. Actually, the condition of Ahmedabad-Mumbai Tejas Express is not good. In such a situation, explaining the dilapidated condition of Tejas, IRCTC has asked Railways to allot Vande Bharat coaches to run corporate trains. For this, IRCTC has also written a letter to the Railways. In the letter, IRCTC has told about bad bio-toilets, LCD screens, water leakage in the coaches, etc.

IRCTC wrote a letter to the Railways

IRCTC, in a letter to Railway Board and Western Railway, said, “One of the Vande Bharat rakes may kindly be allotted for Tejas Express, a 16-coach corporate train.” Getting Vande Bharat train rakes will not only eliminate the complaints received especially during monsoon, but it will also remove other woes along with maintenance.

Condition of coaches has deteriorated: IRCTC

In another letter sent to the Railways, it has been said that due to lack of maintenance, the condition of the coaches has deteriorated and this has led to the deterioration of the brand Tejas and is generating complaints from the passengers traveling on board. That is, complaints are coming in the compartment of Tejas Express. IRCTC said, “It is surprising and disappointing that rakes of other trains like Shatabdi etc. are getting regular maintenance, even minor maintenance of Tejas like choke toilets, water leakage etc. are completely ignored by the Railways. Is performed.’

Events that have happened before

Significantly, many incidents have come to the fore from the Ahmedabad-Mumbai Tejas Express. The ceiling panel broke twice last year, causing head injuries to passengers. Apart from this, problems like clogging of toilets, leakage from the roof, faulty electrical panels, bad infotainment system, bad GPS system and problems with the doors.

Impact on revenue of Tejas Express

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to start the third Vande Bharat train between Ahmedabad and Mumbai on 30 September. IRCTC has asked to reconsider the timing of the soon-to-be-start Vande Bharat Express between Ahmedabad and Mumbai. IRCTC has said that Vande Bharat train will affect the revenue of Tejas Express running between Ahmedabad and Mumbai.
