TCS (Tata Consultancy Service) has canceled work from home work of most of its employees. Now it is compulsory for employees to come to office five days a week. For most people who started working during the pandemic, work from office is going to be a new experience. In such a situation, the IT company is ready to work on its workforce. TCS has come up with a dress code for work from office for all its employees.

Mail sent to employees

TCS Chief HR Milind Lakkad has sent a mail to all the employees in which he has instructed everyone to follow the dress code policy. Writes in the mail that this is being started for better impact on our global stakeholders. The dress code policy provides clear guidance on dressing appropriately.
