SI Recruitment 2021: The Jammu and Kashmir Service Board has invited applications from interested and eligible candidates for the recruitment of Sub Inspector posts on its official website. The last date to apply for these posts is December 10, 2021.
According to the official notification, the total number of vacancies was 800, which was later increased to 1200. At the same time, the age limit of the candidate was also changed. According to the notification, the candidate’s age was 18 years and the maximum age was 28 years, which was changed from 18 to 30 years. The age of the candidates will be calculated from January 1, 2021.
Following representation from various delegations,the Govt has taken a decision to provide one-time age relaxation for aspirants in recruitment of Sub-Inspectors in @JmuKmrPolice.The Upper age limit increased from 28 to 30yrs &no.of UT cadre posts also enhanced from 800 to 1200.
