It was also told that his company’s brand ambassador is Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra.

Shilpa Shetty’s name fraud

The victim then filed a lawsuit at the Hazratganj police station against the staff including the company’s owner Kiran Baba and director Vinay Bhasin. A complaint has been filed in the sections of IPC 408, 420 and 506 on the complaint of the victim. According to the information, ‘A case has been filed in this case on the staff including the owner of Aiosis Spa & Wellness Company. The rest of the case is under investigation.
