Lucknow Prime Minister Narendra Modi strongly lauded the work of BJP workers in the lockdown. BJP workers were talking under PM Modi’s ‘Seva Hi Sangathan’ program. Modi was accompanied by BJP National President JP Nadda and Home Minister Amit Shah while interacting with activists across the country through video conferencing from New Delhi.

PM Modi said that the spread of corona virus infection is a great challenge for a state like Uttar Pradesh. You people (BJP workers) have pledged that now we will have no shortage in welfare of our laborers who have come back. He said that we have seen the relief work of BJP workers during the lockdown in Uttar Pradesh. Even in this crisis, he was engaged in relief work with great enthusiasm. BJP workers helped the needy by joining people shoulder to shoulder. Our team showed how we can stand shoulder to shoulder with people.
The Prime Minister said that BJP workers had no shortage in helping people in this difficult time. With this I have full confidence in the party workers that in the days to come, they will continue to work with the help of people with the same spirit. In this difficult time, party workers are taking commendable initiative and helping the needy. Service to the country is paramount for BJP workers. Under this initiative, 15-day ration, 20-day ration and 30-day ration were delivered to the people. The BJP president said that with the help of the workers of the party’s Mahila Mandal, the work of providing five crore face covers was also done to the people. 4000 video conferencing was done during lockdown. Through these conferencing, the work of reaching two and a half million workers was done. At the same time, we joined 70 lakh workers through 700 audio bridge.
