School Reopening 2024: The winter holidays of schools are coming to an end amid severe cold across the country. In this series, schools are starting again from today i.e. 15 January 2024.
Apart from this, schools of Noida, Greater Noida and Haryana will reopen from January 16, 2024. However, due to the ongoing cold wave, the school timings have been changed, information about which you can get from this page.
The winter vacation period is slowly coming to an end across the country. In this series, all the schools of Delhi are going to open from today i.e. Monday 15 January 2024. Physical classes will start in Delhi schools from tomorrow but due to increasing cold, the timing of all schools has been changed.
According to the information released by Delhi Government, no school can start any type of activity before 9 am. Along with this, classes cannot be continued in any way after 5 pm.
Schools will open in Noida from January 16
Apart from Delhi, winter holidays in Noida and Greater Noida have been extended till tomorrow i.e. till January 15, 2024. Therefore, schools in Noida and Greater Noida will open from 16 January 2024. Due to increasing cold as well as fog, school timings have also been fixed according to which schools will open from 10 am. Classes will be held till 3 pm only.
Along with UP, the last day of winter vacation in the state of Haryana is also on 15 January 2024. Classes will start again in the state from January 16, 2024.
According to IMD, there will be effect of fog and cold wave for the next two days.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the cold is expected to increase further in Delhi, NCR for the next two days and there is no possibility of fog cover and cold wave reducing in the coming days. Due to this, the timing of schools has been changed after the cold wave.
