School Holiday September 2023: Big relief news for school students, holiday declared, schools will remain closed for so many days, will get benefits

Holiday In September: Like every year, this year also in September many schools are linking their holidays with local festivals in their states. Therefore, students are advised to review the school vacation schedule to organize their academic activities.

According to the list of holidays, students can expect holidays on September 5 (Teacher’s Day), September 6 or 7 (Janmashtami), September 19 (Ganesh Chaturthi) and September 28 (Milad Un-Nabi or Eid-e-Milad). Is.

Additionally, on August 23, the Delhi government issued a notification declaring a public holiday in the national capital from September 8 to 10 in honor of the G20 summit. It has been said in the notification that all banks, financial institutions etc. will remain closed in New Delhi district.

September 5 (Teachers Day): It marks the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the second President of India, who was also a renowned philosopher, teacher and scholar. September 6 or 7 (Janmashtami): Every year the holy festival of Janmashtami is celebrated with great pomp across the country. Janmashtami commemorates the birth anniversary of Lord Krishna. There is some uncertainty about the exact date of the events this year. According to Drik Panchang, Janmashtami will be celebrated on both the days.

September 19 (Ganesh Chaturthi): Ganesh Chaturthi, also known as Ganesh Chaturdashi or Vinayak Chaturdashi. Different states including Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Gujarat and Odisha celebrate the birth anniversary of Lord Ganesha with great enthusiasm. The 10-day Ganesh Utsav festival will end with Ganesh Visarjan on September 28.

September 28 (Milad un-Nabi or Id-e-Milad): Eid-e-Milad is a special occasion for Muslims to celebrate the birth of Prophet Muhammad. It is also known as Muhammad’s Birthday, Prophet’s Day or Mawlid. It is widely celebrated by the Muslim community across the world.

Apart from this, schools will be closed on four Sundays in September. In such a situation, there will be school holidays on 3rd September, 10th September, 17th September and 24th September. The benefits of which will be given to the students. However, in many schools and colleges, holidays are given on second Saturday. In some schools, holiday is organized every Saturday. In such a situation, students will get the benefit of about 12 to 15 days leave in September.
