SBI Bank issued alert! Scam of government job in SBI, know the whole truth

SBI Weekly Off Changed: The country’s largest public sector bank SBI has decided to make a big change in the weekly holiday on Sunday. From now on, weekly holiday in one branch of SBI will be on Friday instead of Sunday. SBI’s Govandi branch has changed its weekly off day to Friday instead of Sunday.

Decision taken at branch level

According to the report of IANS, a notice has been put up outside the Govandi branch of SBI. It is believed that this decision to change the holiday in the branch of the bank has been taken at the local level. The branch has taken this decision keeping in mind the convenience of the people of the minority community living in the vicinity of the bank branch. However, despite being contacted on this controversial decision taken by the Govandi branch, no SBI official said anything.

Notice outside the branch

According to the notice posted outside the bank, from December 1, 2022, SBI’s Govandi branch will remain closed on all Fridays. Along with this, this branch of the bank will remain closed on the second and fourth Saturdays of every month. This bank branch will work normally from Sunday to Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm.

The decision can be implemented in other branches as well.

After this decision of SBI’s Govandi branch, it is feared that the day of holiday in SBI’s Dadar branch may be changed from Sunday to Friday. However, the officers posted in the branch have denied this. Keeping in mind the convenience of the local people in Mumbai and the country, many other banks have a custom of working only for half a day on Sundays. Which is compensated by giving a holiday on all Saturdays.
