According to the bank, one who does this can be a victim of a big fraud in the name of customer care. Such cases have come before, now SBI has issued an alert in this matter.

Then whenever a customer searches the help number on Google, he gets fraud numbers easily. You inform the account details to the customer care of the bank over the phone. After getting all the information, fraudsters can easily steal money from your account.

They should call on the number entered here. Apart from this, another advice of the bank is that customers should never share their details like OTP, Debit Card Number, Internet Banking Password to anyone over the phone.
