Nowadays, instead of going to the branch of the bank, the customers open a bank account through the mobile app (Mobile Banking App) sitting at home. In such a situation, if this Yono account is closed, then the customers of SBI (SBI Alert) may have to face a lot of trouble.

For the last few days, a news is becoming increasingly viral in the social media platform, in which it is being claimed that if the SBI account holders do not update their PAN number in their Yono account, then this Yono account will be blocked. will be closed. This claim is going viral very fast on social media.

Along with this, a link is also being sent in which it was said that by clicking on it, you can update your PAN card in a few minutes. If you have also received this message, then we are telling you the truth of this viral claim.

Giving information about this from its official Twitter handle, the Press Information Bureau has tweeted that this claim going viral in the name of SBI is completely fake. State Bank of India does not send the link to update the Yono account (SBI Yono Account) to its users through messages at all.

If someone sends you such a message or email, do not click on that link at all. In this way, sharing information by clicking on the link can make you a victim of cyber fraud.

SBI keeps alerting customers from time to time-

State Bank of India Alert keeps on informing its customers from time to time by giving information about cyber crime. According to the bank, if any person calls or messages you and asks for your personal details like mobile number, Aadhaar number, PAN card number, credit/debit card number etc., then do not share these details with him at all. Along with this, avoid telling any kind of OTP etc. By doing this you will be safe from cyber crime.
