There is big news for crores of customers having accounts in State Bank of India. If you also have an account in this government bank and you withdraw cash from ATM (SBI ATM), then a new guideline has been issued by SBI. So you should know these rules immediately.

Cash withdrawal facility
State Bank of India is giving the facility of cash withdrawal to the customers on the basis of OTP. To take advantage of this facility, customers have to take their phone with them to the ATM machine.

Enter OTP
You have to take your registered mobile number with you as your OTP will come on that number. You will be able to withdraw cash only after entering the OTP.

How much cash to withdraw
Along with this, you can withdraw cash amount of Rs 10,000 or more by entering OTP. At the same time, you will not need OTP to withdraw an amount less than this. Let us tell you that this facility of the bank is applicable from January 1, 2020.

Enter registered mobile number
When you go to withdraw money from the ATM machine, you will have to enter your registered mobile number. After this OTP will come on your phone. This will be a 4 digit code. This code will be valid only for one transaction.
