State Bank of India has alerted its customers that they should avoid all kinds of frauds. Along with this, the bank has told people about a new type of fraud and has advised to avoid it.


State Bank of India Alert Massage: If your account is also in State Bank of India (SBI), then you should pay attention to this news. In the recent past, fraudsters have found a new way to fool people and withdraw money from their banks. Many people are losing their money by getting trapped in this new type of fraud. Therefore, SBI has issued an alert for this and advised people to avoid such frauds.

Cheating in the name of surveys

A group of fraudsters is messaging people to participate in a kind of survey and they are also being told to be given gift cards or cash rewards if they win in this survey. In such a situation, people are giving their important details to them in the name of survey and then becoming victims of fraud.

SBI has tweeted from its Twitter account that such messages or surveys should be avoided which ask for information about your personal details. Along with this, facility has been given to report cyber crime to give information about fraud.

SBI has partnered with PayNow

For information, let us tell you that SBI has partnered with Singapore company PayNow , simplifying the online payment system for cross border payments. SBI’s BHIM will allow fund transfer from India to Singapore and fund transfer from Singapore to India through the SBIPAY mobile application. All account holders of banks and financial institutions of both the countries can benefit from this system.

Explain that this agreement will help in developing an infrastructure for cross-border payments between the two countries. With UPI-Paynow linked, residents in India and Singapore can make real-time money transfers.
