Because of social media nowadays people start clicking photos or making videos anywhere. They also do this in the bank if there is no work according to them, but their decision can be overwhelming. If you also want to upload a video of bank employees and upload it on social media, then avoid doing so. Doing this can also create trouble for you and the State Bank of India has also issued an alert in this context through Twitter.

Recently, a customer had shared the pictures of the bank on social media regarding the complaint of the bank branch and tagging SBI. After this, the bank has responded through Twitter handle that what should be taken care of by the customer. The bank has written- ‘Dear customer, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. If you have any specific complaint, please register it at https://crcf.sbi.co.in/ccf/ under Existing Customer – MSME/ Agri/ Other Grievance >> General Banking >> Branch related.

Also the bank said- ‘Our concerned team will take cognizance of this. You can also register your complaint on our helpline number 1800 11 2211 (Toll-Free), 1800 425 3800 (Toll-Free) or 080-26599990 from 8 AM to 8 PM. The authorities concerned are being apprised of the situation. Please note that photography/ videography is prohibited in the branch premises due to security reasons. You will also be considered a participant on their wrong use. Therefore, we advise you to remove them from the social media site immediately.’

On which day, for how long can the customer get the work done?


 SBI Working Hours: In the branches of SBI, you must have seen that employees and officers sometimes keep working till late evening. But this does not mean that you should get your work done till that time. The working hours of the bank are fixed for the customers. In this regard, the deputy manager said that Monday to Friday working hours are from 10 am to 4 pm.
