Salary Hike: Diwali Bonus! This government company has announced Diwali bonus, every employee salary increased

Manganese Ore India Limited (MOIL) has announced a bumper bonus of Rs 28 thousand for its employees before Diwali 2021. Along with this, the salary has also been increased. 5800 employees will get the benefit of this.



Salary Hike: Before Diwali, a government company has announced Diwali Bonus for its employees. On Diwali 2021, the public sector company Manganese Ore India Limited (MOIL) has announced a strong bonus of Rs 28000 to each of its employees. Along with this, the company has also decided to revise the salary. Union Steel Minister Ramchandra Prasad Singh has given this information.

Employees’ salary will increase!
The announcement was made at the inauguration of the company’s second vertical shaft, Chikala Mine and various other establishments based in Maharashtra’s Nagpur. The Union Steel Minister announced a bonus of Rs 28,000 for all the employees of the company, which will be paid before Diwali 2021. For this, a press note has also been issued by the company. In the released press note, it was said that the salary revision has been done for 10 years. It will be in effect from August 1, 2018 to July 31, 2027 and will benefit about 5,800 employees of the company.



Now dearness allowance 31 percent
It is worth noting that before Diwali, the Central Government has also announced a 3 percent increase in Dearness Allowance for its lakhs of employees and pensioners. After this announcement, now central employees will get 31 percent dearness allowance instead of 28. The new dearness allowance will be applicable from July 1, 2021.

This decision of the central government will benefit about 47.14 lakh employees and 68.62 lakh pensioners. Earlier, the DA, which was frozen for one and a half years, was increased from 17 per cent to 28 per cent in July this year. Now again with an increase of three per cent, the DA rate has gone up to 31 per cent.
