According to the notification issued on May 21, the Ministry of Heavy Industries has reduced the subsidy on electric two wheelers. Earlier this subsidy was 15 thousand rupees per kWh, which has been reduced to 10 thousand rupees per kWh. Because of this, buying an electric two wheeler in June is expected to cost up to Rs 25-30 thousand.
