The validity of the documents in the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and the Central Motor Vehicles Act, 1989 was extended in October, and now it is being speculated to be extended till February.

The central government had extended the date of renewal of important documents related to transport since April this year due to the coronavirus epidemic. It was first extended to the end of June, however, due to the growing threat of Corona, it was reduced to December end. Now before the new year, no announcement has been made by the government regarding the validity of the car documents. In such a situation, people will have to renew their vehicle insurance, driving license, all documents related to vehicle registration by December 31.
