Sonpur Division’s Awareness Campaign and Successful Results

Sonpur Railway Division is playing a key role in bringing this digital revolution to the grassroots level. The division has organized awareness camps and street plays to directly engage passengers. DRM Amit Saran and Senior DCM Roshan Kumar led an event at Hajipur station, where 326 people installed the app on the spot.

This campaign has led to a rapid increase in mobile ticketing usage at major stations like Hajipur, Barauni, Begusarai, Khagaria, and Naugachhia. Statistics show that Sonpur Division has the highest use of ATVMs in the entire East Central Railway, and UTS ticket sales have increased by 13 percent annually.
