What are rights? Those people who have RAC tickets, they can sit in the train. Even during the Corona period, special rights were given to RSC ticket holders and they can travel in the train. After the departure of the train, the TTE may grant a vacant berth to you or the passenger traveling with you on the berth, if any berth remains vacant.
