Order PVC Aadhaar Card Online : Aadhaar acts as a proof of identity of an individual. A unique Aadhaar number is issued to residents of India applying for Aadhaar.


The Aadhaar number that is issued to an individual is a 12-digit random number. The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) is the government authority that issues Aadhaar.   1. First of all click on the official Aadhaar website of Aadhaar and click on ‘Order Aadhaar PVC’ under ‘MY Aadhaar’ tab.
  2. Enter your ‘Aadhaar Number’ or ‘Virtual ID’ Number or ‘EID’ Number. Enter the ‘Security Code’ and click on ‘Send OTP’ or ‘Send TOTP’ button. Click on ‘Send TOTP’ to receive the Time-Based-One-Time-Password (TOTP) on your mobile. Enter the OTP received on your mobile number. Select the ‘Terms and Conditions’ box and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
    A preview of your Aadhaar details will appear on your screen. Verify the details and click on ‘Make Payment’ button.
  3. Select payment option. Click on ‘Card (Credit/Debit)’ for payment by credit/debit card.
  4. Click on ‘Net Banking’ for payment through your Net Banking. Click on ‘UPI’ for payment through UPI system. The amount payable for obtaining Aadhar PVC card is Rs.50.
  5. Your payment receipt is generated. You can download the receipt in PDF form by clicking on ‘Download Payment Receipt’ button.
  6. UIDAI will hand over the AADHAAR PVC Card to the Department of Posts within five working days of receipt of the request/order, and the same will be sent to the individual by Speed ​​Post.

After placing an order for your Aadhar PVC card, you can check the status of your request by following the steps mentioned below –

  • Firstly click on the official Aadhaar website and click on ‘My Aadhaar’ tab under ‘Check’ Aadhaar ‘Param Vir Chakra Card Status’.
  • Enter your ‘Aadhaar Number’ and ‘Security Code’. Click on ‘Send OTP’ or ‘Send TOTP’ button.
  • Click on ‘Send TOTP’ to receive the Time-Based-One-Time-Password (TOTP) on your mobile.
  • Enter the OTP received on your mobile number.
  • Select the ‘Terms and Conditions’ box and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
  • The ‘SRN Number’ and ‘Status’ of your request are displayed. You can download the acknowledgment slip by clicking on the ‘Download Acknowledgment Slip’ button.

Note: If you do not have registered mobile number, then tick the box ‘My mobile number is not registered’ and then enter your mobile number and click on ‘Send OTP’ or ‘Send TOTP’ button.
