The file of this case has been stuck with the Finance Department for several days.
The Finance Department has sent the file to the Education Department just last day. In view of the possibility of notification being issued throughout the day in the Secretariat on Tuesday, the activities of the teachers unions were intensified. However, orders could not be issued as Education Minister Govind Thakur was not in Shimla. Now the orders are expected to be issued on Wednesday.
