SDPO Rai has said that preliminary investigation has revealed that both the priest of the temple, Ojha and Saroj Pradhan, had consumed drugs in the room inside the temple premises before committing the murder. The scene of worship or worship like that was not found in the room of the temple where the murder has been done. Rural SP Radha Vinod Panigrahi has said that keeping in view the seriousness of the incident, the police is investigating the truth of the incident.
