New Delhi. Public sector Punjab National Bank (PNB) has started video call facility for pensioners to submit Life Certificate or Jeevan Pramaan Patra. This initiative will make it easier than ever for central government pensioners to submit life certificates amid the pandemic. Under PNB’s new video based customer identification process, pensioners will be able to submit life certificates in a secure manner sitting at home.

Punjab National Bank tweeted that it is now easier than ever to submit a life certificate. You can submit your documents through video call. February 28, 2022 is the last date for this.

Submission date extended for the second time

The Department of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare, under the supervision of the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, has recently extended the deadline for submission of life certificates for central pensioners of all age groups till February 28, 2022.
