PNB New Rule: Punjab National Bank is coming up with a new rule from May 1. If you do not have enough money in your account and still withdraw from the ATM, then you will have to pay a fee.


Punjab National Bank: Punjab National Bank is coming up with a new rule. From May 1, if you have an account with PNB and you are going to withdraw money from ATM, then be alert, because you may have to pay a charge. The bank has given information about this on its website.

According to PNB’s website, under this rule coming into force on May 1, 2023, if you go to withdraw money from ATM and there is not enough balance in your account, then Rs 10 and GST will be charged from your account.

Revision in Debit Card Charges

PNB Bank customers may have to pay higher charges on debit cards and prepaid cards. The bank is considering increasing the annual fee for issuing and maintaining these cards. The bank is also planning to levy charges on ecom transactions done through POS and debit cards.

What to do in case of lost or stolen PNB card

If your PNB card is lost or stolen, then you can block your card immediately in many ways.

  • You can block your card by calling toll free number 1800 180 2222.
  • By sending SMS from your registered mobile number to 5607040
  • Blocking can be done by logging into internet banking services.

What if money does not come out from the ATM and the amount is deducted?

If money does not come out of your ATM and still the amount has been deducted, then the bank tells that such cases are settled in just 7 days. On the other hand, if this claim is made within 30 days, then the bank will pay a fine of Rs 100 per day. You can register your complaint on 0120.2490000.
