‘Do e-KYC by March 31’
Actually, the benefit of the 11th installment will be available only after completing e-KYC. E-KYC has started on PM Kisan Portal. If you want to get the next installment without any hindrance, then definitely do it by 31st March.
PM Kisan Yojana was started in the year 2018
The Prime Minister of the country, Narendra Modi had started the PM Kisan Yojana in the year 2018. The objective of this scheme is to make the farmers of the country financially strong.
At the time of the introduction of the scheme, only those farmers were getting the benefit, who had less than 2 hectares of cultivable land. Later this condition was removed from this scheme and now all the farmers of the country can take advantage of this scheme, who have cultivable land.
Farmers get 6 thousand rupees annually
Under PM Kisan Yojana, all registered farmers get Rs 6,000 annually as PM Kisan Samman Nidhi. This amount is released into the account of farmers in three installments of Rs.2,000. These installments are transferred in the account of farmers at an interval of every four months.
Update e-KYC like this
You can also do e-KYC sitting at home. For this, first of all go to PM Kisan website. Here click on the eKYC option on the right side of the homepage. After that enter your Aadhar card number. Also enter the captcha code and click on the search option. Enter mobile number linked with Aadhar card.
After this, now an OTP will come on your mobile, write it. With this, your Aadhaar will be linked and the details will be updated. If any error is seen on entering OTP, then you can update your biometric by visiting the CSC center.
