Government increased deadline

What is Credit Link Subsidy Scheme?



This scheme is being run by the government for the middle income group. This was earlier until 2017, which was extended to March 2020. Then it was increased to March 2021. Under this scheme, an interest subsidy of Rs 2.67 lakh is given to the economically weaker section.

Who will get the benefit of PM Housing Scheme?



The main objective of this scheme is to provide housing to all. Therefore, those who already have a house or whose family members have a house, they will not get the benefit. It clearly states that the beneficiary should not have a pucca house. In this, the family is also defined. The family consists of spouses and unmarried children.

What is EWS, LIG ​​and MIG category?



A family with an annual income of less than three lakh rupees falls in the financially weak EWS category. After this, LIG ​​family with 3 to 6 lakh annual income and family with 6 to 12 lakh annual income fall in MIG-1 category. The family with an annual income of 12 to 18 lakhs falls in the MIG-2 category. In the MIG-1 and MIG-2 category, there is a four percent interest subsidy on loans up to Rs 9 lakh and three percent interest subsidy on loans up to Rs 12 lakh.

How does the PM Housing Scheme work?



Suppose you fall in the MID-2 category and you want to buy a house worth 60 lakh rupees. For this, you pay 20 percent i.e. 12 lakh rupees in cash and take the remaining amount i.e. 48 lakh loan. Under the PM Awas Yojana, you will get 3 percent interest subsidy on a loan of Rs 12 lakh. In this way, normal interest will be charged on the remaining loan amount of Rs 36 lakh.

Which documents are required for the application?



To apply under PM Awas Yojana, it is necessary to have PAN card as an identity card. Voter ID, Aadhaar card, passport, driving license or any government issued photo icard is required for address proof. In the income proof, the last 6 months bank statement, income tax return receipt and the last 2 months salary slip (whichever is applicable) will have to be given.

How to apply

  • To apply, you can visit the PM Awas Yojana website http://pmaymis.gov.in.
  • Select Benefit under other 2 components option in the drop-down menu of the Citizen Assessment section given at its home.
  • Now a new page will open, in which Check Aadhaar / Virtual ID No. The details of the existence will be. To verify your information here, enter your Aadhaar number and write your name in Aadhaar.
  • After this, tick the term and click on the check. After doing this, a new page will open which will be of the application form.
  • Fill all the necessary information on the application form like name, mobile number, email ID, personal information, income statement, bank account details and other information.
  • After filling the application form, click on the Disclaimer checkbox button, insert the captcha and then click on the Save button. After doing this, your application will be completed. Take a printout of the application form.
