What to do to withdraw PF?

Your UAN (Universal Account Number) should be active and linked to Aadhaar, PAN (if you are withdrawing more than Rs 50,000 before 5 years) and bank account.

Your KYC (Know Your Customer) should be verified on the EPFO ​​portal.

Steps to withdraw PF online

Step 1: Visit the EPFO ​​member portal website.

Step 2: Log in with your UAN and password. Enter the captcha and click on Sign In.

Step 3: Go to Manage > KYC and check if your Aadhaar, PAN and bank details are verified or not.

Step 4: Go to the Online Services tab and click on Claim (Form-31, 19, 10C & 10D).

Step 5: Verify bank details. Your account number will be displayed, enter it again and click on Verify.

Step 6: Select the type of claim

Form 19: To withdraw full PF.

Form 10C: For withdrawing pension.

Form 31: For withdrawing advance (for reasons like medical, marriage, studies etc.).

Step 7: Fill the required information and upload the required documents (like medical bills etc.).

Step 8: Click on Submit. You will get an acknowledgement, save it for future reference.

How long will it take?

After withdrawing PF, the money usually reaches your bank account within 5 to 20 working days.
