The last date for linking Universal Account Number ( UAN) with Aadhaar number is 30 November 2021 . The Employees’ Provident Fund Organization ( EPFO) has also appointed an officer to save people from the hassles of linking UAN with Aadhaar number.


New Delhi EPFO ​​has informed that it has appointed Deputy Director Harsh Kaushik to help in linking UAN with Aadhaar .

According to PF Commissioner Sanat Kumar, help can be taken by contacting Deputy Director Harsh Kaushik at [ email protected] . He will help in resolving the complaints related to linking. If any employee has any technical problem, then he should contact this address immediately.

Let us tell you that if this work is not done by the night of 30 November 2021, then EPFO ​​subscribers will suffer a big loss. Salaried employees will neither be able to deposit PF money nor will they be able to withdraw money from PF account.

How to link?

  • Download the UMANG app via Google Play Store or Apple iOS.
  • Click on EPFO ​​link.
  • Tap on ‘EKYC Services’.
  • Select the option ‘Aadhaar Seeding’ and have your UAN ready.
  • Enter the UAN number and OTP will be sent to your phone number.
  • You have to enter all the details.
  • Your Aadhaar will be linked with your UAN number.
  • First of all go to the official website of EPFO.
  • For this, click on https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/.
  • After that login by entering your UAN and Password.
  • Then click on KYC option in Manage section.
  • Now many documents will be visible to link Aadhaar with EPF account.
  • Now select the Aadhar option and click on the service by typing your Aadhar number and your name on the Aadhar card.
  • After this the given information will be secure and your Aadhaar will be verified with the data of UIDAI.
  • Your Aadhaar will be linked with your EPF account if your KYC documents are correct.
