Petrol-Diesel Price Today 2 January: Oil marketing companies have released the rates of petrol and diesel. There has been no change in the price of petrol and diesel even in the new year. Whereas, crude oil has increased to around $ 75 per barrel. Meanwhile, the cheapest petrol in the country is in Port Blair, which is Rs 12.31 cheaper than Delhi. Whereas, diesel is Rs 9.62 per liter cheaper than Delhi. Talking about the cheapest petrol in the world, it is Rs 2.44 per liter in Iran. At the same time, it is being sold at Rs 2.61 in Libya and Rs 2.99 per liter in Venezuela.
According to Indian Oil Corporation, today on January 2, 2025, the price of a liter of petrol in Delhi is Rs 94.77 and diesel is Rs 87.67. On the other hand, the price of a liter of petrol in Port Blair is Rs 82.46 and diesel is Rs 78.05.
According to Bloomberg, crude oil is rising today. Brent crude March futures fell 0.88 percent to $ 74.64 per barrel. Whereas, WTI February futures rose 0.45 percent to $ 72.04 per barrel.
