Petrol-Diesel Price 26 sept 2025: As per today’s latest data, the highest petrol prices were recorded in Thiruvananthapuram (₹107.48), Hyderabad (₹107.46), Patna (₹105.56) and Kolkata (₹105.41), while the cheapest petrol was available in Chandigarh (₹94.30), Lucknow (₹94.69), New Delhi (₹94.77) and Noida (₹94.87).
In case of diesel, the most expensive diesel is being sold in Thiruvananthapuram (₹96.48), Hyderabad (₹95.70), Bhubaneswar (₹93.11) and Chennai (₹92.48), while the cheapest diesel is available in Chandigarh (₹82.45), New Delhi (₹87.67), Lucknow (₹87.81) and Gurugram (₹87.97).

If we look at the list of states, Andhra Pradesh (₹109.83), Kerala (₹107.48), Telangana (₹107.46), Madhya Pradesh (₹106.28) and Bihar (₹105.56) are the most expensive in terms of petrol-diesel. In contrast, Andaman and Nicobar (₹82.46), Arunachal Pradesh (₹90.67), Dadra and Nagar Haveli (₹92.44), Uttarakhand (₹93.52) and Delhi (₹94.77) were among the cheapest states. Meanwhile, prices increased in some cities like Chennai, Noida, Bhubaneswar and Patna, while Gurugram and Jaipur saw a decline. Prices remained stable in major cities like Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata.
