Petrol Diesel Price 18 March 2024: Government oil marketing petroleum companies Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. have released the rates.
Petrol Diesel Price 18 March 2024: The bugle for Lok Sabha elections 2024 has been sounded and the code of conduct has also been imposed. Meanwhile, government oil marketing petroleum companies Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (HPCL) has released the rates of petrol and diesel.
Today i.e. on Monday, March 18, the cheapest petrol in India is available at less than Rs 83 per litre. Whereas, the rate of diesel is less than Rs 80 per litre. However, crude oil prices are above $85. According to Bloomberg Energy, the May futures of Brent crude have reached $ 85.41 per barrel. Whereas, the April futures of WTI have reached $ 81.12 per barrel.
The price of petrol in Lucknow is Rs 94.65 per liter and diesel is Rs 87.76 per liter. In Agra, petrol is being sold at Rs 94.35 and diesel at Rs 87.41 per litre. The price of petrol in Meerut is Rs 94.43 and diesel is Rs 87.49 per liter.
In Sriganganagar, Rajasthan, petrol is at Rs 106.26 and diesel at Rs 91.60. Petrol in Pink City Jaipur has now come to Rs 104.88. Whereas, the price of diesel is Rs 90.36 per litre. Today the cheapest petrol in the country is being sold in Port Blair for Rs 82.42 and diesel for Rs 78.01 per litre.
What is the condition of other cities: In Kolkata, petrol is available at Rs 103.94 and diesel at Rs 90.76 per liter. In Mumbai, petrol is Rs 104.21 and diesel is Rs 92.15 per litre. In Indore, petrol is priced at Rs 106.50 and diesel at Rs 91.89 per litre. Petrol in Nagpur is now Rs 103.96 a litre, earlier it was Rs 106.04. Diesel here is Rs 90.52 per litre. In Ahmedabad, petrol has come to Rs 94.44 and diesel to Rs 90.11 per liter.
