The next sale for new buyers will be held on November 1. There has been no change in the booking amount and booking process.

New Delhi: The sale of Ola electric scooters S1 and Ola S1 Pro started on 15th September, this sale has received tremendous response from the customers. The company has said that sales of Rs 1100 crore have been done in two days. On the first day, Ola had a sale of Rs 600, which the company claims is more than a day’s sales of the entire two-wheeler segment in India.


Next sale will be on 1st November
The company has told that the booking of the scooter will be open, the next sale for new buyers will be held on November 1. There has been no change in the booking amount and booking process. Booking will be done for Rs 499 only. Ola CEO Bhavish Aggarwal said that while the first day of procurement was unprecedented for us and the auto industry, the second day just progressed from where the first day ended. The enthusiasm that customers showed for our products remained constant throughout.

Rs 1100 crore sale in 2 days
He further added that in total 2 days, we have garnered over Rs 1100 crore in sales! This is not only unprecedented in the automotive industry but also one of the highest sales (by value) in a single day for a single product in Indian e-commerce history! We are truly living in a Digital India.

How to buy online
Step 1 – First of all you have to go to the official website of Ola Electric. If you have already booked for Rs 499 then you will complete the payment process. The sooner you book your electric scooter, the sooner the delivery will be expected. But remember that the sale will continue as long as the company has stock.

Step 2 – You have to buy Ola Electric S1 S1 Pro variants, after selecting this you have to choose any one color out of 10 colors. If you chose a color during booking, and you want to change it, you can also change it here.

Step 3 – The facility of finance has been given by Ola. The company has tie-ups with banks. If you do not want to finance, then according to whichever variant you choose, you will have to pay an advance payment of 20 thousand rupees or 25 thousand rupees. Final payment will happen when your invoice is ready.

How much will be the price
Let us tell you that Ola Electric has already announced the prices of both these electric scooters. The ex-showroom price of the S1 variant of the Ola electric scooter is Rs 99,999, while the ex-showroom price of the S1 Pro variant is Rs 1,29,999.

How much will be the EMI
In a statement issued by Ola Electric, it has been said that the EMI for the S1 scooter will start from Rs 2,999 per month. Whereas for the S1 Pro, the EMI will start from Rs 3,199. If you need financing, OFS (Ola Financial Services) has tied up with leading banks including IDFC First Bank, HDFC and Tata Capital to help you finance your Ola S1. For vehicle insurance, buyers can insure scooters through the Ola and Ola Electric apps. The insurance partner of the company is ICICI Lombard.

HDFC Bank will provide pre-approved loans to eligible customers on Ola and Ola Electric apps within minutes. In a statement issued by Ola, it has been said that Tata Capital and IDFC First Bank will process digital KYC and will give instant loan approval to eligible customers. If you don’t need finance, you can make an advance payment of Rs.20,000 for Ola S1 or Rs.25,000 for Ola S1 Pro and pay the rest when we invoice your scooter.


Range of 181 kms
The S1 variant of the Ola electric scooter gives a range of 121 kms on a full charge. While the S1 Pro variant runs 181 km on a single charge. The S1 variant accelerates from 0-40 kmph in 3.6 seconds, while the S1 Pro variant does 0-40 kmph in 3 seconds.
