Bangalore. After a long wait in India, Ola Electric Scooter has been launched on 15th August. The company has introduced it in the market with two models S1 and S1 Pro. The sale of Ola electric scooter was about to start from today (September 8) on the company’s official website, but due to a technical glitch, the sale will now start from September 15.

Ola’s co-founder and CEO Bhavish Aggarwal apologized to the people for the technical flaw in the company’s website. In a statement issued by the company, it has been said that now the Ola electric scooter will be available for sale from September 15.

Which banks will offer loan for Ola’s e-scooter
Ola Electric said if you need financing, Ola Financial Services (OFS) has roped in IDFC First Bank (IDFC) to help you finance your S-1 scooter. Has tied up with major banks including IDFC Bank, HDFC Bank and Tata Capital. The company said that the EMI for the advanced version of the electric scooter Ola S-1 Pro will start from Rs 3,199. Let us tell you that HDFC Bank will provide Pre-Approved Auto Loan to customers on Ola and Ola Electric app within minutes.

If finance is not needed, how much will be the advance payment
Tata Capital and IDFC First Bank will process digital KYC. After this, the customers will be given instant loan approval. If you do not need finance, you can make an advance payment of Rs 20,000 for Ola S1 and Rs 25,000 for S1 Pro. The rest of the amount will have to be paid during the invoicing of the scooter. The company said that the delivery will start from October 2021. From this month, the company will also give test rides. There is also an option to cancel the order after the test ride, provided the scooter is not shipped for delivery from the Ola factory. Customers can insure scooters through the Ola and Ola Electric apps. The insurance partner of the company is ICICI Lombard.
