The company said that this automated customer service agent is called Ms Pepper. Passengers will be able to avail this service of the company by visiting the mobile number 6000000006 through this Ms Pepper agent. SpiceJet said that apart from WhatsApp, these features will also be available on the company’s website and mobile app.

Passengers will have to send Hi to WhatsApp on this number on the way to the airport. Agents will help passengers in the mandatory web check in process. Boarding passes will be delivered directly to the passengers’ mobile phones. With this facility, travelers will not need to visit SpiceJet website. The automated agent will also resolve the query of passengers on WhatsApp itself. The company said that WhatsApp Slow works well on the Internet as well.

SpiceJet launched Spice Screen System
